The cast of BBC medical drama Casualty star alongside Pudsey Bear for a fundraising special.

Sir Terry Wogan, Tess Daly and Alesha Dixon launch the 2009 appeal, with contributions from Strictly Come Dancing, Merlin, Casualty, Walk on the Wild Side, JLS and Doctor Who.
